We want you to love your fragrance. If you're not satisfied, here's our policy:

RETURNS ( Item condition )
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- The item should be in the same condition as received. No need for sealed packaging.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email / Mobile number (via whatsapp message) / Call
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it immediately at no cost.

EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for Items that should be in the same condition as received products within 14 days. Contact us to arrange.
