We want you to love your fragrance. If you're not satisfied, here's our policy:
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unused and in its original sealed packaging
- The original receipt or order confirmation is included
We do not accept returns on opened or used fragrances for hygiene reasons.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it immediately at no cost.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for unopened products within 14 days. Contact us to arrange.
