We ship across Egypt using Bosta Shipping.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

DELIVERY TIME
- Cairo & Giza: 1-2 business days
- Alexandria & other cities: 2-4 business days

FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping on all orders over 2,000 EGP.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

FAILED DELIVERIES
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, 
a second attempt will be made. After 2 failed attempts the order is returned 
and a redelivery fee applies.
